She will focus on the very unstable omega 6 fat in modern seed oils, linoleic acid, which together with refined carbohydrates and chemicals, has been found to be at the bottom of modern diseases. She will present the latest research supporting the many health benefits of a modified ketogenic diet, which detoxifies, burns fat for energy, and replaces the linoleic acid in our cells with the critical essential fat arachidonic acid, which is only in animal foods, like eggs and bacon. She is also bringing samples of her Danish rye bread. Yum!
May 6: White Lotus Day Celebration

Hence, May 8th became known as “White Lotus Day.” This evening the public is invited to join the Lodge in honoring HPB’s request. Kevin Reger will add to the celebration with live music on his guitar which he composed specifically for this occasion.
